Business Process Analyst

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and process workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to extract insights from data sets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process changes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes or tools implemented.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
